- OWNERSHIP
This website (“BulkNSave Website”) is owned and operated by BulkNSave Sdn Bhd (Registration No. xxxxxxx (xxxx-X)) (or referred to as “BulkNSave”, “we” or “us”) (collectively the “Platform”).
- ACCESS & USE
Your use of this Platform and the materials provided on it is subject to your acceptance and adherence to the terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers outlined here and elsewhere on the Platform (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We may update or revise these Terms (including any related policies) at any time. It is highly recommended that you review them periodically.
- REGISTRATION
We gather the information you provide during registration, along with data collected from your interactions with our services and visits to our Platform. By accessing and using the Platform, you explicitly agree and provide your full consent for us to utilize and/or share demographic data in ways that do not disclose your personal identity. This may be done for purposes such as administration, marketing, promotions, strategic planning, research, and customer support.
Our Platform is intended for use by (i) individuals who are at least 18 years old and (ii) legally registered entities, such as corporations.
- ORDERS
- The minimum order on this platform is 1 carton and above.
- The delivery area is currently applicable to Central Region (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor), Southern Region (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, and Johor) and Northern Region (Perak, Pulau Pinang, Kedah and Perlis).
- To complete an order, simply follow the onscreen instructions. We only accept online banking fpx payment only.
- An order is successfully placed when you receive an order code via SMS.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once your order has been processed.
- We reserve the right to cancel the orders outside of our delivery zones.
- DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to your selected address for all orders, with a delivery fee surcharge applied. Enjoy free shipping on orders over RM1000. If your order is confirmed and placed before 11:59 PM, it will be delivered on the next working day during your chosen time slot. Please ensure you are present to receive the delivery and are available to answer the phone call. Deliveries will only be made to the specified address, and unloading will be carried out at the corresponding location and vehicle-accessible floor level. Our team will assist with unloading within a 30-meter radius from the unloading point.
Please ensure you are present to receive the delivery and are available to answer the phone call. If you are unreachable or unable to receive your order within ten (10) minutes of the delivery team’s arrival, the delivery will be automatically rescheduled to the next day at no additional charge. If the second delivery attempt also fails, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued, minus a RM30 administrative fee.
In the rare event that your delivery is delayed due to issues on our end, we will either reschedule or rearrange the delivery. If you prefer to cancel under these circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- IN STORE COLLECTION
If you need your items urgently or prefer to avoid delivery charges, you’re welcome to collect it directly from our store between 9 AM and 5 PM daily except Sunday. Please ensure your order is collected within three (3) days. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation, and a processing fee of RM30 will be deducted from your refund.
- Halal and Muslim-Friendly Products
All products available on our website are strictly halal and Muslim-friendly. We do not sell or promote any non-halal or alcoholic items in compliance with our commitment to Islamic principles.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials and content available on this platform are safeguarded by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and database rights. You are not allowed to use, duplicate, reproduce, modify, upload, share, or distribute any part of this content or our trademarks without receiving prior written approval from us.
- REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You acknowledge and agree that the content on the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the Platform and any content, goods, products, or services accessed through it is at your own risk and discretion. While we strive to ensure that the Platform and the services we provide are available at all times, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure, timely, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues, defects, or viruses. Please note that temporary interruptions to the Platform may occur due to scheduled maintenance, internet or electronic communication issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, BulkNSave Sdn Bhd (which shall include its employees, directors, agents, representatives, affiliates and parent company) exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, in negligence or otherwise) for any loss or damage which you or any third party may incur in connection with our Platform, our services, and any website linked to our Platform and any content or material posted on it.
- THIRD PARTY LINKS AND WEBSITES
The Platform may include links to third-party websites. By clicking on these links, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk. We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content. We disclaim any liability for any loss or damage that may occur from your access to or use of these third-party websites and links.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
- E-INVOICE
With the nationwide adoption of E-invoices effective from 1st July 2025, customers can request an e-invoice after completing their transaction. To facilitate this, you will need to provide certain details, such as your name, identity number, tax identification number (TIN), and other necessary information for us to generate the e-invoice.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION POLICY
This Policy aims to safeguard our customers by providing the option for a refund or exchange of unsatisfactory or damaged products, based on mutual agreement, provided the return conditions are met once the products have been delivered. Any requests for returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in this Policy. The Company may update or revise this Policy at its discretion.
- TERMS OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, labels, and seals intact. Any issues with the stock must be reported to our customer service within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to reject any products that have been thawed and refrozen, as this may compromise the quality and safety of the item. Additionally, products that have been swapped with old stock will not be accepted for return or exchange. Customers are advised to ensure that only the purchased product is returned in its original, fresh condition. All returns and exchanges will be subject to our assessment of the product’s condition.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once we have processed them. If the customer is unavailable to receive the order and no rescheduling request is made by the end of the following day, a processing fee of RM30 will be charged. If two delivery attempts fail, the RM30 processing fee will also apply.
